I am a Realtor and renovator focused on helping my clients get to a more secure place through buying and selling real estate. My family was one of the first settlers in the Far North Dallas/Richrdson area.

     I grew up watching my family buy and sell land, so I understand the value of real estate and the security it provides. My “why” is to help others realize that security.


    As a designer and renovation manager, I bring a different perspective to my real estate business. When working for a buyer, I want to find properties with equity or opportunities to force equity. When working for a seller, I have the resources and experience to help the seller get the house ready, flip their own house or sell the vision of what their house could be.

     

    My career started in media and advertising, so I use those skills to creatively market properties to garner more interest. For investors or homes that might interest investors, I am turn-key. I find properties that need work, build a design and budget plan, execute that plan then market the property to sell.


    Because my process is a little more in depth, I take a limited number of clients a year. I do offer consulting and will partner with trusted colleagues on some real estate business in order to maximize my time.

    create a “buy box.” This is a tool investors use to convey quickly what they’re looking for in a property. I use the same tool to help my buyer clients. 


    After the assessment comes the hunt! I put together a list of properties that best fit your buy box and set a date to tour. Because I have a renovation team, I can also include properties that can be renovated to meet your needs and even show you the vision through digital designs. 


    My services are divided into two main buyers: Serious Shoppers and Door Shoppers. In Real Estate, we use the term “doors” to refer to houses or units so a Door Shopper is similar to a Window Shopper. Someone who wants to buy eventually, but it might take a while. A serious shopper is someone who wants to be moved into a house in four months or less. 


    Throughout our collaboration, I will guide you through the intricacies of contracts, inspections, and closing procedures, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

    might just need to be painted or carpet replaced and I can help you with that. Most times, I’d rather see you not spend money upfront to sell if you don’t have to.


    One of the coolest things I do is a “flip in place” where we help you flip your own house so you can attempt to gain the equity that an investor might otherwise enjoy.


    My listing process is turn-key. I have resources at my figretips to help get the house ready for market. Then we photograph and start our custom marketing strategy. I field all calls and manage the showings, negotiate offers and  advise where I can on what to credit for inspection to get you to close.
